Wait, wait, wait. Do you mean to tell me there are people out there who thought this wasn't already happening? Surely I can't be the only one who was scarred by what the government did to that nice Will Smith in Enemy of the State in 1998? Or who believed Aaron Sorkin when he said (nearly a decade ago and via Sam Seaborn dialogue) "the next two decades are going to be about privacy"?
